Special Order Policy

The deposit

All special orders require a 30% non-refundable deposit before the order is placed.

Cancellations and changes

Special order items are specifically ordered upon request and secured especially for each customer. For this reason, cancellations, changes of mind, or failure to complete payment will result in the loss of the deposit paid.

Your agreement

By placing a special order with Kids Fashion Labels, you agree to these terms and understand that deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances unless a mistake has been made from our side.
