All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Every piece is chosen with intent — please be certain before you order.
Pieces are carried in a curated edit and acquired with intent. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or process refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or any other discretionary reason.
If a piece arrives faulty, not as described, or materially different from what was ordered, write to hello@kidsfashionlabels.com with photographs and your order number within seven days of receipt. We will assess the matter and, where appropriate, offer a resolution in line with applicable consumer law.
All sale, reduced, clearance, and discounted items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable. No exceptions.
If you are unsure about size, fit, or any detail of a piece, write to atelier@kidsfashionlabels.com before purchase. Our atelier is happy to advise — it is the surest way to be confident before the piece leaves the house.
