HomeReturns and refunds
— Considered acquisitions
Statutory returns only. We honour the fourteen-day cancellation right under UK law and replace faulty pieces in full. We do not offer discretionary returns beyond that.
Pieces are carried in a curated edit and acquired with intent. We do not run a discretionary returns window — no thirty-day grace, no goodwill exchanges for change of mind. The terms below are the statutory minimum required by UK law, and they apply in full.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel an online purchase within fourteen days of receipt for any reason. To exercise it, write to returns@kidsfashionlabels.com with your order number before the fourteenth day. You then have a further fourteen days to return the piece to us.
Pieces must arrive back unworn and unwashed, with all original tags, garment labels, and packaging, and in a condition fit for resale. Light handling consistent with examining a piece in a physical shop is fine. Pieces returned in a condition that prevents resale may be subject to a deduction reflecting the diminished value, in line with regulation 34(9) of the UK CCR.
If a piece arrives faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, write to returns@kidsfashionlabels.com with photographs and your order number. Your protections under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 — refund, repair, or replacement — run for up to six years from purchase. For prompt replacement we ask you to report within seven days of receipt; later reports remain within your statutory rights.
Return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless the piece arrived faulty or incorrectly fulfilled. We recommend a tracked, signed-for service — risk in the parcel rests with you until it reaches us. International statutory returns: the original duties and import VAT charged on delivery are not recoverable by us; contact your local customs office for guidance on reclaiming.
Refunds for valid statutory returns are processed to the original payment method within fourteen days of the parcel arriving back, in line with the UK CCR. In practice we aim to process within five working days; bank settlement times depend on the issuer and may take a further few days to appear on your statement.
Outside the fourteen-day cancellation window, and outside the faulty-piece protections, we do not accept returns. Sale pieces, final-clearance pieces, and any piece kept beyond fourteen days from receipt are final.
If you are unsure about size, fit, or any detail of a piece, write to atelier@kidsfashionlabels.com before purchase. Our atelier is happy to advise — it is the surest way to be confident before the piece leaves the house.
