A pre-order reserves a piece before it reaches us. You pay in full at checkout and we dispatch the moment it arrives — there is no deposit and no balance to settle later.
Some pieces are offered to order ahead of their arrival. Reserving one secures it in your size from the incoming delivery, before it reaches general stock. The piece is held for you.
Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout, at the listed price. There is no deposit and no separate balance — the price you see is the price you pay, taken once, when you place the order.
A pre-ordered piece is dispatched as soon as it arrives with us, rather than immediately. Where a piece carries an expected arrival window, it is shown at checkout; timings are indicative and can shift with the maker’s schedule.
Each pre-order is reserved for the customer, so please make sure the style and sizes are correct before confirming. For advice on sizing or fit, write to sales@kidsfashionlabels.com before you order.
