What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Kids Fashion Labels Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Contact privacy@kidsfashionlabels.com with any data-protection question. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
Identity and contact details you provide at checkout (name, email, delivery address, phone number); transaction details (order contents, totals); device and behavioural data captured by Vercel Analytics and Shopify; and email-marketing consent if you subscribe to The House Letter.
To process and fulfil your order, prevent fraud, comply with our legal obligations under tax and consumer-protection law, send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping, returns), and — only with your explicit consent — send The House Letter and other editorial communications.
Shopify processes payments and holds your order; carriers handle delivery; Klaviyo sends transactional and editorial emails; Cloudflare and Vercel host this site. Each is a sub-processor under a written agreement and processes data only on our instructions.
Order records are kept for seven years to meet HMRC requirements. Marketing-consent records are kept until you withdraw consent. Behavioural data is retained for 26 months by default.
Under UK GDPR Article 6 the lawful basis varies by activity. Order processing and account creation rest on the contract between you and us (Article 6(1)(b)). The House Letter and other editorial communications rest on your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Fraud prevention and security logging rest on our legitimate interest in protecting buyers and the house (Article 6(1)(f)). Tax records and accounting retention rest on our legal obligation under UK law (Article 6(1)(c)).
This site is intended for adults purchasing on behalf of a child. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data directly from anyone under sixteen. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal data through this site, write to privacy@kidsfashionlabels.com and we will remove it.
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, or port your personal data. You can withdraw email consent at any time using the unsubscribe link or by writing to us. Complaints can be made to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
We use only the cookies necessary to operate the cart, plus analytics cookies you can refuse on first visit. There is no cross-site advertising tracking on this site.
