HomeModern slavery statement
— Position
Published voluntarily under the spirit of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and updated as our supply chain evolves.
Kids Fashion Labels has zero tolerance for modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking. We expect the same of every brand we carry, every carrier we ship with, and every supplier we work with.
We are a curated stockist; we do not manufacture clothing ourselves. Garments are sourced directly from the brands or their authorised wholesalers, each of whom is bound by the maker’s own published code of conduct and supplier audits.
We review each brand’s published modern slavery statement before we begin to carry their pieces. Where a maker does not publish one, we ask for written confirmation of their position and audit approach as part of the wholesale agreement. Carriers and warehouse partners are similarly reviewed.
Concerns about any part of our supply chain can be raised in confidence to hello@kidsfashionlabels.com. We respond within five working days and act on every credible report.
This statement is published voluntarily. Kids Fashion Labels Ltd is below the £36 million turnover threshold that triggers a mandatory annual statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015; we will publish formally when we cross it.
